Motorola ZN300 images leak: 3MP cubist cameraphone

Press shots of the Motorola ZN300 have leaked, showing the Linux-based slider in all its squared-off glory. According to the limited specs we have now, the ZN300 - which also goes by the name MotoZine ZN300 - has a 3-megapixel camera, QVGA display and a standard 3.5mm headphone jack.


There are no details of what that Linux-based OS is; going by the simulate on-screen images it looks to be Motorola’s own platform. On the side there’s a handy switch to flick between camera, camcorder and media gallery functions, together with a camera shortcut/shutter release button. It looks as though the D-pad lights up with various contextually-linked icons, such as zoom controls when the ZN300 is being used as a camera.

Aesthetically it’s pretty different from Motorola’s current range, but that’s no bad thing. No word on availability or pricing, but given the mainstream specs and basic OS, we’re thinking entry-level and hopefully cheap.
